BW200 Series - Split Body Lug Butterfly Valve

The reliability and reduced maintenance requirements of Butterfly valves make them popular. Their reduced level of wear allows the useful life of the valve to be longer. Some of the typical applications of Butterfly valves include, Cooling Water, Air Service, Fire Protection, Irrigation, Slurry and similar services, Oil and Gas, Compressed Air and Gas, and HVAC.

The C&C BW200 Series is a split body seated Butterfly Valve designed to have a bubble tight service on corrosive applications. PTFE coating on various parts of the valve provide greater corrosive resistance, while split body allows easier replacement in field. The BW200 is pressure rated to 200 PSI and is available in sizes 2" through 12".

Lug style butterfly valves are suitable for dead end service only when accompanied by a blind flange.
